PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you as to what information may be collected from you when you visit our website (“the Site”) or when you become an Independent Rep, how such information will be used by Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings and/or other persons or entities, with whom such information may be shared, your choices regarding the collection, use and distribution of such information, your ability to edit, update, correct or delete such information and the security procedures that we have implemented to protect your privacy.

Collection of Information

At different occasions you may be asked for certain types of personally-identifiable information (e.g., your first and last name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, credit card number, bank information in connection with automatic deposit/debits, etc.). We hope you will provide us with this information. However, if you do not want to disclose your personally-identifiable information to us, please do not submit it. This does mean that in some cases we will not be able to provide you the service you have requested.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information from you when you visit the Site (e.g., your IP address, browser type, domain name, etc.). This information is collected and analyzed in the aggregate in order to improve the function and content of the Site.

CHOICE

We have existing business relationships and may develop other relationships in the future with business partners. In these instances, we may share or otherwise allow access to information that is collected about you that will enable our business partners to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest.
At the time we collect your information you will be given the choice to accept or refuse the disclosure of your information for such marketing purposes, and for marketing by Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

You may cancel this transaction, without penalty or obligation, for a full refund, within seven (7) days from the date of this Agreement, exclusive of the date of signing or if processed electronically the date this Agreement is submitted to Silver Mania 999, LLC / Partners in Savings for processing. You understand that if you cancel after the seven (7) day period, you are not entitled to a full refund. This limitation is not applicable in Georgia or is superceded by any state law. If you cancel within the seven (7) days from the date of this Agreement, any payments made by you under this Agreement and any instrument executed by you will be returned within fifteen (15) business days following receipt by Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings of your Cancellation Notice. If you cancel, you must make any literature or materials you have received available for return to Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings in substantially as good condition as when received, including any silver coin(s) you received. To cancel this Agreement, you must mail, via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or deliver personally to Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings a signed, dated copy of a Notice of Cancellation, or send a telegram to: Silver Mania 999, LLC, 1960 W. Houghton Lake Dr., Houghton Lake, MI 48629. Where applicable state law on cancellation is inconsistent with Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings policy, such state law shall be in force. You hereby apply to become an Independent Rep for Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings and have carefully read and agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, all Policies and Procedures and the compensation plan which are incorporated by reference herein.

TERMINATED REPS

In the case of a Terminated Rep, or a Cancelled Membership, all Independent Reps that were personally sponsored by someone who becomes Terminated or Cancelled will automatically default to being sponsored by the Company, Silver Mania / Partners in Savings. This will give the Independent Reps the assurance and support of having a Sponsor who is looking out for their best interests and will deter their personal info being made available to someone they may not know, who may obtain their original Sponsor's (the Terminated or Cancelled Rep's) position in the Compensation Structure.
Silver Mania 999, LLC / Partners in Savings in no way will be held responsible or liable to the Terminated or Cancelled Rep for any commissions that may be, or have been earned or caused by any Independent Rep the Terminated or Cancelled Rep sponsored and/or any commissions the Terminated or Cancelled Rep may have him/herself earned.
Once terminated or cancelled, he/she will receive no benefits from Silver Mania 999, LLC / Partners in Savings, whatsover. Any relationship between the Terminated or Cancelled Rep and Silver Mania 999, LLC / Partners in Savings is null and void.

ONWARD TRANSFERS

We may employ vendors to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such functions include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, email administrative functions, processing credit card payments, and providing Independent Rep service. These vendors are under a contractual obligation to use confidential data received from Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings only for purposes that fall within the functions for which they were hired.
We may disclose information that we collect about you when we have reason to believe that this is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be harming you, us or others. We may also disclose information when we believe the law requires it.
Lineage Reports, which information on Independent Reps in an Independent Rep's down-line, including, but not limited to, name, address, identification number, telephone number, email address, fax number, level or rank, volume and sales statistics, are provided to Independent Reps in the strictest confidence and for the sole purpose of supporting the Independent Reps to further develop their Silver Mania / Partners in Savings business. (The down-line organization consists of all Independent Reps that were personally sponsored by a particular Independent Rep, and in turn, all other persons sponsored by those Independent Reps.)
Lineage Reports, including all data contained therein, constitute confidential, proprietary trade secrets of Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings Independent Reps may not collect, distribute or gather confidential information or personal or aggregate information about other Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings, Independent Reps or Customers except in connection with their down-line and solely for the purpose of promoting their Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings business, and to manage, motivate and train their down-line.
You need to be aware that Independent Reps who receive the Lineage Reports may be based in countries that do not offer the same or a similar level of privacy protection as is available in your own country. SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect about you remains accurate, timely and secure. Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings has a "Zero-Tolerance" SPAM policy. Any Customer or Associate found to be using Silver Mania 999, LLC / Partners in Savings for SPAM will suffer immediate loss of ability, and permission, to use our websites or products. As part of our Terms of Service agreement, all Users of our system must agree, at sign-up, to sending ONLY permission-based Emails. In other words, all recipients emailed through a Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings account must have opted-in to receive communications.

What is Spam?

You hereby acknowledge that, in the case of cancellation(s), the losses which Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings may sustain, include, but are not necessarily limited to, any change in market price(s) since the time the original transaction vs. the market price(s) at the time of the offsetting transaction, plus the bid/ask spread (the difference between the price(s) at which Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings buys from the market (ask) and the price(s) at which Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings sells into the market (bid)). Costs and Expenses of Collection

In the event that Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings must take any action against you to enforce your obligations under this User Agreement, including, without limitation, turning your account over to a collection agency or a lawyer for collection, you shall pay all of the costs and the expenses incurred by Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, in connection with such action.

Electronic Order Entry Risk

All orders placed through the order entry system are taken on a best efforts basis. Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings shall not be responsible for errors, negligence or inability to execute orders. Nor shall Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings be responsible for any delays in the transmission, delivery or execution of customer's order due to breakdown or failure of transmission or communication facilities, or to any other cause or causes beyond Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings reasonable control or anticipation.
Order entry systems have been designed to provide an efficient and dependable method for entering orders. Commercial internet service providers are not 100% reliable and a failure by one or more of these providers may affect internet based order entry. The Independent Rep, as well as the customer acknowledges that the order entry system is an electronic and mechanical system and as such may be subject to failure beyond the control of Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings.

Limitation of Liability

Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings assumes no liability or responsibility for orders placed via the online order entry system, for any losses or direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages which you may incur as a result of the use of the online order entry system or for any interruption, cancellation or other termination of the online order entry system.
In the event that, notwithstanding such limitations of liability, Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings is determined to be liable to you in connection with any transaction between Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings and you, pursuant to this User Agreement, the liability of Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings to you shall be limited to the amount, if any, that you paid in such transaction and Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings shall not be liable for any consequential, exemplary or indirect damages.

Assignment

You may not assign this User Agreement or any of your rights or your obligations under this User Agreement without the prior written consent of Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings which may be granted or withheld by Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings in its sole discretion. This User Agreement shall be binding on all permitted assigns and successors of Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings and you.

Cross-Recruiting/ Unethical Behavior - Zero Tolerance

Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings reserves the right to cancel any Independent Rep, and/or any affiliate of said Company at any time without further warning for attempting to recruit any of the same aforementioned into another Company. This includes attempting through conversation, email, telephone, texting and/or any other form of communication, including but not limited to the passing out of business cards, flyers, social media websites or website addresses. It is the right of Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings to cancel all Membership Benefits, including but not limited to the Income Opportunity, as well as the Binary position of the Cross-Recruiter, websites and websites hosting. All Commissions, including but not limited to Matrix Commissions, Binary Commissions, Matching Check Bonuses, Referral Bonuses, and/or earned silver will also be dismissed and a loss to the Cross-Recruiter up to, and after the moment of cancellation. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Cross-Recruiting will NOT be tolerated.

Reporting Changes for Contact Information

Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misdirected mail, including but not limited to, Commission, Bonuses and/or any precious metals, whether it be earned silver or ordered precious metals. If you change your address, phone number and/or email address, you must contact customerservice@silvermania.net and report the changes. Merely changing them in your back office does not constitute informing Corporate of the change. Silver Mania 999, LLC/ Partners in Savings will not be held responsible for mailing any aforementioned items to a wrong address.
